IPO Technologie takes the protection of your personal data very seriously.

We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions and this privacy policy. No personal information is collected without your knowledge and you have the option of browsing the pages of our site without providing any personal information.

As a rule, you can use our website without providing any personal data. If personal data (name, address or e-mail address for example) is collected on our site, this collection is done voluntarily in the Quotation or support request forms.

Legal basis for processing personal data and rights available to you

We collect, process and use your data in connection with correspondence with IPO Technologie and the execution of commercial transactions. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and c) GDPR.

For certain services of IPO Technologie, for example the sending of our newsletter (see below), we need your consent within the meaning of Article 6, paragraph 1, lit. a) and Article 7 GDPR.

In this case, the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given until the revocation (Article 7, paragraph 3 GDPR). We process your data for the purposes for which it was collected.

The information collected is exclusively intended for IPO Technologie marketing and customer services. No personal information collected on our website is transferred to third parties.

We do not collect the personal data of the special categories referred to in Article 9(1) GDPR in connection with the use of this website and the aforementioned processing operations.

Your data is kept for the legal retention periods in order to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations (Article 17 GDPR). In accordance with the legal provisions, you can demand that we erase your personal data if there are no grounds referred to in Article 17, paragraph 3 GDPR.

You have the right to ask us to confirm that we are processing your personal data. If this is the case, you have a right to information with regard to this data in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 1 GDPR.

If we have stored personal data concerning you that is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to demand that this be corrected immediately (Article 16 GDPR).

Under certain conditions, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your data (see Article 18 GDPR).
